Dr. Clarissa Domingo, associate professor at the College of Veterinary Science and Medicine in CLSU, recently received two distinguished awards for her exemplary achievements in the field of veterinary science.
In recognition to her invaluable outstanding achievements as researcher in veterinary public health and epidemiology, Dr. Domingo was awarded the 2013 Distinguished Alumna for Veterinary Research by the U.P. College of Veterinary Medicine. The award was bestowed upon her during the U.P. Alumni Fellowship and Awards Night which was held on October 9, 2013 at the E.B. Copeland Gymnasium, UPLB, Los Banos Laguna.
Furthermore, Dr. Domingo was also selected by Philippine Society of Animal Science (PSAS) as the recipient of the 2013 PSAS-MERIAL Philippine Outstanding Teacher in Veterinary Science. The award was conferred during the closing and awarding ceremonies of the PSAS 50th Scientific Seminar and Annual Convention which was held last October 25, 2013 at Tagaytay International Convention Center, Tagaytay City, Cavite.-FBSison
